I visited them during Alert Level 3, and from start to finish they were extremely professional. All staff were wearing masks, physically distancing and I was asked to scan the tracer app on arrival or use the manual register if I didn't have the app downloaded.
I went in for a standard service/oil change. There were a few small issues I was already aware of, but chose not to disclose these as they weren't relevant to what would be covered in a standard service.
Scott and the team not only completed the service, but were extremely thorough and picked up on every issue I knew about, as well as some new ones (lucky me haha).
With my WOF due in a month, they suggested doing at least what was required to get the WOF, with no pressure put on me to go ahead with any of the other fixes right away.
I collected my car and to my surprise, they had slapped on a new WOF while they were at it, saving me another trip in a month - I was so pleased!
They also sprayed a lovely scent in my car so when I jumped back in it was like being hugged by a bouquet of flowers haha - such a nice touch!
The service is great, the prices are fantastic and the attention to detail second-to-none. Well done Scott and team, I'd give you 6 stars if I could! :)
