★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely useless company. They lost my package in their warehouse and keep saying that they'll try to sort it out and they will call me back that day but they never do. So I then have to call them back and hope someone picks up (usually takes 30 mins before anyone picks up), and then they place you on hold or even hang up on you. Unbelievable. Avoid like the plague. It speaks volumes that their only good Google review is from a long time and current employee.

I am the Operation Supervisor, In New Plymouth. The company is Great to work for, if you enjoy transport, it can be heavy going at times. I get a buzz out of our clients and the many their many types products.

The manager arranged to get it on the truck the next day to accommodate my request.
