★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing ethics. I got 2 quotes. This company was higher and not as communicative so we went with the other one. We notified Floorcraft but they had a hold on the carpet and purchased it from the supplier so we could not have it. They were punishing us for not selecting them.We have to wait 2 months for more carpet to be made or select something else. We are willing to wait and are happy that we did not do business with this company.
