โ โ โ โ โ Hello all. Went to this florist due to convenient location, near the place I was staying. At a first glance I was sceptical as there were little, if any bouquets, to choose from, and I'm a visual person. As it happens, this is an "ask and you shall get so much more than you ask for" kind of place. The florist, called Luke (I think) with 30 years experience, made a superb floral arrangement on the spot. It was quick, beautiful and within a budget. Recepient of the flowers loved it. I went back to the shop 4 days later to get another bouquet and it was just as an excellent experience. Thank you Flowers on the Hilltop, I shall be returning to your services. Wish everyone else a similar grant experience. P.S. these flowers set me back $60 each.

Please dont judge someone for his appearance as all of us we are humans.

โ โ โ โ โ Rang today and man who answered phone, was so rude. Said he was busy. Too busy to take a order, posies out Of stock, website not updated. VERY ABRUPT. Would never deal with them! Only wanted to.place a order..unreal. If customers have not updated yr website, or that you are busy ,that is still no reason to be very rude.. Do you always tell yr customers you are busy???I suggest you do a refresher course, which we send our staff on, for customer service! You know service with a smile! People like you, don't deserve customers.By the way they were not for a birthday, you listen to yr customers obviously!! Also your rude man said you had not updated website, so may I respectfully suggest get your facts correct before posting a reply. First time on website so not cache.. Judgemental much...Absolutely disgusted with way treated, if you can't handle Valentines week, time to get out!
