She accused my friend and I for stealing, told into our face we are liars then checked the camera and found out we were telling the truth. I'm a retailer too, we're not allowed that to do this to a customer

I ask a simple question and feel like I’m annoying her. I do love this place but it’s hard to want to visit when I see her there

There is always something there that will suit the person and/or occasion, and I have found the staff very helpful and friendly on all my visits to this store, of which there have been many over the years. Running a store is a thankless task and I am grateful that Gift World are still in business and continue to be well stocked during these awful Covid times. Thank you for your professionalism during these anti-social times, where Covid has made consumers forget that its a shop attendants job to offer help and advice when you walk into their store.
