★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved this sweet little cafe! The iced coffee was incredible - one of the best I've tried in Dunedin! I found the brekkie bagel to be a bit oily but still super tasty. The wait time was longer than I expected (about 15-20min) however there were only 2 guys working and it was lunch rush, so I understood. I'll be back for a well-deserved coffee during exams!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be prepared to wait for your coffee - the servers are more interested in talking to each other than in making coffee - and then for it to be bitter and watery. This place used to be really good but has unfortunately gone down hill in both the quality of it's coffee and its food in the past year or so. Much better coffee shops around - don't bother!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great coffee, service, and food. They don’t have a full on kitchen but the daily creations in the cabinet are always so fresh and high quality it more than makes up for it. For me a cold day at uni just isn’t complete without one of their toasted croissants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food and coffe was nice, BUT, every piece of single use plastic that can be used, is used. Straws, t/a cups for have in, butter in individual plastic boxes, single use cutlery.... I am confused as to why so little effort has gone in to reducing plastic waste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food's great! However have had a number of bad experiences with staff. On 3 occasions, they've left my food in the microwave and only remembered when I ask and then served it to me cold. One time someone dropped my scroll on the floor in front of me and still served it to me when I asked if it would be alright to eat. The staff often come across as disinterested and rude. One of the baristas once interrogated me about my choice to have soy milk in my coffee, telling me that soy production is a main reason why the Amazon is burning lol
