★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed with service. Coffee was put down in front of 2 year old child without a word nor a saucer or spoon. I had ordered a cheese scone also. Was not asked if I wanted it heated or not and it arrived about 20 - 25 minutes later - long after I'd finished my coffee. Would rather have had it cold along with my coffee

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a shame they have removed so many pieces from the playground. Our grand daughter was so disappointed. Food was good especially the gluten free burgers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing, have been before but not good this time. Cheese rolls were barely cooked. Kids cheese sandwich was on extra thick toast bread and didn't even hold together. Cold coffee too. Probably wouldn't consider again, unfortunately!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty busy as this week is school holiday, but the hot chocolate was served pretty quick, nice and hot. When we went there, we went sit one of table with plate left from previous customers, but staff noticed quick and put them away as soon as we sat there. Thought it can be a bit noisy as many students and some parents with kids there but had a good chat with my friend. would go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy (who was the only staff member in sight when we arrived at about 3pm on Wednesday) was very good. He wasn't in the least flustered by 12 of us turning up. He was efficient and outgoing and cheerful. Right person in the right job. On a more recent visit the staff were still doing a good job. The guy was still very personable, as were the other staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a hot chocolate and latte here. The staff were friendly however the drinks were both pretty average. The hot chocolate was weak and the latte was rather bland. Beautiful area and great if you have kids.
Can’t comment on the food. The area was clean and tidy. Overall an average experience but have definitely had worse!
