★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the absolute pleasure of having Foleys Palmerston North come out to my property (which is approx 30mins out of town) to investigate the hot cold plumbing and quote on an infinity hot water system. Extremely professional company, all questions answered thoroughly and in detail. Arrived early for time for quote, quote returned within a day. Quote accepted and job was booked straight away and completed all within a week. Tradesmen that did the install job are the best people you could imagine to have in your home, quality of job done is well above what I could've ever imagined.

What I love most about the whole experience is the quickness to get the job done and no more big puddles of water leaking from the guttering! Keep up the amazing work! Highly recommend Foleys Plumbers to everyone!!!

He was clearly well-organised and carried out the work promptly and professionally. The charge was fair value for the work done. I will definitely use them again for any future plumbing work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to come out and investigate a possible leak, never returned to fix, said they would be in touch to organise a time they could come back to fix and I never heard back so ended up using another plumber that came out and fixed within 30 minutes. Just received an invoice nearly 3 months later stating customer never called back to organise . Have paid invoice but annoyed that instead of calling to follow up they just invoiced months later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very much disappointed with the service as we contacted for issues with our insinkerator. A tradesman came ,checked by turning the machine on and stated that the machine is faulty needs to replace(5 minutes job). Weeks later received an invoice of $97.75 for the tradesman to come out. contacted the office to ask whether the invoice involve replacing the machine as well, but for a person to come and replace the new machine would cost another 1-1.5 hours of job. Very horrible pricing and labor charge.
Yes they are above and beyond with charging people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prompt attendance, however did not have the correct part, had to wait for a second person to deliver part. Spent significant time waiting for correct part. Part fitted and tradesman left without restarting gas, no hot water. Called re no heat, another tradesman arrived late in the day to restart (we appear to have been charged for this). Next morning the hot water was unbearably hot (setting at 6.5 and not as per normal 4). In adjusting the temperature ourselves the heater went off. Had no hot water overnight. Next day called Foleys for assistance. Eventually advised how to restart gas. Pleasant people to deal with, but left feeling that we were over charged. Surely the gas should have been checked before leaving and the cost of delivering the correct part should have been less than that charged.
