Brokenshire Plumbing was established in 1993 and has grown from an owner operator business to having a staff of hardworking individuals.
We specialise in maintenance property plumbing and drainlaying services.
Our team are here to solve your water or drainage problems ranging from a leaky tap, to installing a new bathroom. We also specialise in new house plumbing and drainage requirements. We are happy to supply a no obligation quote and all work is guaranteed.
Our vision is to be the first choice plumbing and drainage company in the Manawatu area with success based on consistency of service and loyal customers.
Most of our clients are residential customers who require our services for plumbing or drain unblocking work. A large portion of our work involves the plumbing and drainage services for local builders and developers involving new houses and subdivisions.

All that needed to be said was the facts not putting their hands up instantly to not take the blame! Basically wouldn't even let me speak! The boss seems like he is just a hateful disgruntled man who has in for women! Even if it wasn't an issue created by you how about you speak in a kind manner as I am a human being. I will never use this company because of how I was treated and I will be informing all around me of how he treats people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drain unblocking went well, and their man on the ground did a great job. However, they did not send him with the correct parts to resolve a sewer issue, even though I had identified the problem and what needed to be fixed over the phone. They then were going to charge me for the 90 mins that the plumber needed to go and get the right parts, essentially some silicone sealant and rubber gasket. David, the proprietor, is abrupt and rude. I would not do business with these people again.
I'm not saying they definitely tried to cheat me, but that would have been the outcome, if I hadn't told them to forget about it and I'll get someone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Story from my friend when they used this company service around 3rd quarter of 2021.
Brokenshire Plumbing employee was having troubling on unblocking the drainage, after 2 hours called his boss. The boss (David Brokenshire) arrived to assist. He did the same thing what his employee already did and to no success. My friend said their equipment that unblock seem to die alot (turn off) and it was struggling. On that day, the issue wasn't fixed by them and had to call the city council.
The next day, PN City Council truck arrived and did the job in less than an hour.
When my friend received the receipt, he got charged from the employee and boss labour. He questioned it. The administrator didn't know why and had to advice David about it.
My friend said, the boss was plain rude on how he approach things and was spoken to in absolutely disgusting nature.
***DEFINITELY don't deal with this company!
My friend just told me this story recently and will be informing all people around me of how he (the boss) treats people.
I said to my friend to put a review in, but he said, he was afraid to do so base on how the boss spoken to him afterwards.
This doesn't even deserve a one (1) star but the Google review won't allow zero (0) star.
