★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm buying most of my business stock in last few years. The area sales person(Devonport,Auckland)changed recently. Today he text me and said he is not making good profit with my business. Right now I wanted to do some ordering and just find he increased all my fixed price of products.in some products over %40 increase. This is showing he is not respect the business owner at all and changed the price without any notice or inform the customer. I think never can trust this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service ever. We were charged for products after they had been returned and it has been an absolute joke trying to get our credit refunded. It’s been months and we’ve called and emailed many times, with our banking details etc and have had no response. We have stopped purchasing from them. Business owners, don’t bother, it’s not worth the hassle.
