Frank was extremely knowledgeable and was quick to inform of my heating problems, including giving me different solutions that other companies have not bothered to do. I would definitely recommend Mint through my first experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have installed the Fujitsu 5.4kw Wall Mounted Heat Pump sometime ago. Even at the time of installation the electrician found it difficult to close the Intake Grille. To my horror he had to hit hard on the Open Panel against the Intake Grille to close it, particular reference to point C according to their Operation Manual. This problem persisted
till the present day.
Not too long ago the Open Panel failed to raise when the unit is in operation. I was told that this is a common problem among Fujitsu Wall Mounted Heat Pump owners.
I emailed FGNZ. They responded promptly. But even after FGNZ contacted MINT, they still fail to response till this day.
I strongly believe that MINT is only interested in selling the heat pump but not interested to hear and response to your problem.
I personally do not recommend them to anyone.
