I appreciated the extra detail on the underlying biomechanics too. Overall great experience - looking forward to getting the orthotics and giving them a try! :)

The appointment started on time, I was greeted by James Baxter who thoroughly listened to my problem, he then explained in detailed what has happened (in medical terms) and how can I be supported to get better. I left the appointment happy, hopeful and with a sense that I am being looked after. It made my day.
