★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor lighting. Poor setup. Nets are falling apart. Balls are very few. No consideration for players' wellbeing (don't forget that you pay to play). Most of their paid "referees" are grossly incompetent to the point that they don't know even the basic laws. One of them told me (very entitled), on a studs on shin offence - "are you trying to tell me that at real football when somebody accidentally kicks you, you get a free kick?“ If you complain, nothing happens, more of a 'take it or leave it' approach, which really is poor form for a business that makes money out of this. It is not about winning or losing - it's all about conditions and attitude.
