β β β β β Lambton Quay Store: I have just interacted with the most unhelpful, unenthusiastic shop assistance in Wellington.
When asked if they could get another size in a garment I wanted to purchase, she came across as vacant and was very disinterested in helping.
Very disappointed and left without purchasing anything!!! I wonβt be back to the Lambton Quay store.

β β β β β Classy clothes to choose from. Prices a little on the higher side. Good for ball dresses or for weddings. However based on the current customer service I have changed my rating to 2 stars. I have never in the past year been greeted once and notice no one being spoke to unless they are processing the sale. Also a their was a major pricing error and received no apology was going to be charged $79 for a $19 item. They really do not seem the slightest bit interested in their customers which is a shame because I have been to other Forever News and the staff were great. The staff of Wellington Forever New used to be so good and gave fantastic customer service in 2017/2018 miss them. Very disappointing.

β β β β β The Lambton Quay store has the worst customer service which is a shame as the clothing is great! I popped into the store this afternoon to exchange an item as I had purchased the wrong size online. Unfortunately, the replacement item the assistant brought in had some markings on it and when I asked her if she could check for more stock in the same sizing she didnβt seem too pleased. She went off to look for one saying itβs highly unlikely sheβd fine another, only to return with one in the same size. The staff member was not friendly and the whole time I was made to feel like I had come into ask her for a loan instead of an exchange. Disinterested staff seems to be a recurring theme with this particular store and customers often have to tend to themselves

β β β β β I usually buy from this store and I come away with good quality clothes for a good price however I brought an item without realising two of the buttons have popped of before I even wore the jacket hopefully this is a one of I have always been greeted with great customer service and like I said a majority of the time good clothes just look the items over before you buy

β β β β β I bought a pair of pants for $109 end of August 2021. This is a summer item and couldn't be worn as the weather didn't permit it. Last week I washed it as per the care instruction, wore it for the first time 2 days ago and the material pulled apart! There is no rip no tear in the pants. The material simply pulled apart like you would get from regular wear Ε tear. This pants is brand new ! I wore this once! Once! For $109 you would expect quality. What a bloody joke and disgrace! I contacted the customer care service and they said sorry it's past the 14 day policy. Such a disgrace!
