I sent a jacket back as there was a fault in either the cut of the sleeve or the cut of the back of the jacket and the shoulder didn't sit perfectly (as it should have for the price I paid). It was returned back with the response that "they'd hung it on a hanger and it had sat fine" so no they wouldn't be replacing it. First and last item I ever bought there. Cut and fit are important especially in items you're paying over $300 for.
