I have trained with Janelle and the team at Form Fitness for two years - at the height of my competitive career in Highland Dancing. I needed training that was challenging and stimulating, but still realistic for my schedule. Janelle was able to create a plan that I could stick to - and most importantly, brought results. I couldn’t recommend Form Fitness more. Going into it I didn’t know what I needed beyond β€œgetting fit”, but I got so much more out of it. The personalised sessions massively improved my dancing stamina and quality. By making the most of Janelle’s extensive mental and physical training knowledge, I was able to better understand my body, and what I needed to do to reach the next level at competitions.

I did a 6 week running specific strength and conditioning class at Form Fitness which I really enjoyed and found very beneficial. I learnt lots of new information as well as take home exercises to improve and prevent injuries. Jess and Janelle were both very knowledgable and great at tailoring exercises to my specific needs. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend these classes/personal training to others :)

I have been training with Janelle for the past year and have gained so much already. Janelle is an amazing strength coach, motivator and mentor and every session I walk out with more confidence and knowledge. Her sessions are catered to meet each individuals specific needs, so, If you are dedicated to your sport or just want a healthy lifestyle, Janelle will invest 100% with you and help you reach your goals! ?

Janelle is fantastic! I've always been concerned about my posture and I have continued to do the same programme for years which has actually been hindering my efforts to improve my posture, as well as continuing to develop the same muscles and neglect other important ones. Janelle did a very thorough overview, provided me a detailed 2-day programme, and has inspired me to kickstart my training again (knowing that I'm doing the right exercises, in the right way, to help achieve my goals). I couldn't recommend Janelle and Form Fitness enough!

Has a welcoming, calm and relaxed atmosphere. I've been training with Chontelle for about 6 months and the training has been nicely tailored for what my aims which makes keeping up motivation no issue. Each session is different and each time I am surprised with my progress and what I can do. If you've got a fitness or a health aim this is a great environment to achieve it.

Janelle got me strong and in shape to get my running up to standard and I am now doing many km's of injury free running. Great coaching, professional and tailored to your needs. Would highly recommend.

I initially got a recommendation in 2017 from a friend to try Form Fitness and Janelle due to my bad back arthritis and SI joint pain. When I started I was in a lot of pain and it affected my life considerably. I started off with a full posture assessment and a plan to improve function of my core muscles and glutes. I have been going ever since and the work Janelle has done to improve my life has been incredible. My pain was quickly reduced and I gained core strength and overall strength progressing to dead lifts and other weights I had never thought I could do ! Being able to get strong and see the results has been amazing and alot of fun along the way. The one on one training has been the best as Janelle will spot any issues with my position and correct things and making sure I am activating the right muscles and stay injury free. All the trainers are amazing and more recently I have both Janelle and Rachel training me each week.I can not recommend this gym enough if you want to put yourself and your body strength and health first!

After my back went out around Christmas (for about the third time last year) I decided it was time to find the cause and deal with that, rather than just treating the back pain. Janelle did a thorough assessment of my posture and flexibility to work out a targeted plan to get my weak areas working properly. Rachel then took over as my trainer and has also been amazing. I can’t believe the difference in my body’s strength and stamina in such a short time. After a full day of heavy gardening or heavy lifting my body is tired but not sore, with little to no muscle pain the next day and no back pain at all. Normally at the end of a hard out day I’d barely be able to stand up straight and be hobbling! I can’t get over the difference! I’m so grateful! I know if I had just joined a regular gym the focus would have been on getting me to loose weight and build muscle, which while are good things, would have done little to nothing about dealing with the underlying issues. I highly recommend these awesome ladies!
