β β β β β Abbey and the team were awesome. They prepared a programme for me and I worked weekly with Abbey to maintain my strength and range of movement. As my condition evolved, the programme was adjusted to maximise what I got out of it. They have great equipment, techniques and expertise. The classes were fun, rewarding, and hugely helpful at maintaining and enhancing my mobility.
