★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a beautiful location, lots of trees, outdoor seating in a slice of paradise nestled next to a stunning vineyard. Our waitress was fantastic, nothing was a problem, and she explained everything well and looked after us so well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our favourite local restaurant. We have been many times and the food is fantastic, the service excellent and the prices very reasonable. We can't get past their long boards and the de-constructed cheesecake. Their own Rose is our favourite wine. Such a gem of a place! Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where to start the food was spectacular. The place had perfect spot to look out at the scenery. The outside looked like a cabon but on the inside was so fancy I didn't want to ruin it.
I had a lovely bulled pock belly for the main and the chips was nice and soft and for dessert I had a honey comb and white chocolate cheesecake and that hit the spot.
Thanks to the staff for the wonderful service.
Good job on the food head chef I wanted to say thanks in person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had lunch and spent a delightful afternoon in the beautiful setting at Forster's. The weather was warm and sunny so we ate outside. The staff were friendly and attentive. I was visiting from Dunedin but I would recommend Forster's to anyone wanting good food, service and wine in beautiful surroundings.
