★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like everything about twizel this little supermarket had a good variety of produce was clean well laid out and happy friendly staff ..was a little expensive but thankfully I'm a "eat less but better " sort of person so was happy to pay little extra for better quality

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in Twizel for couple of nights and shopped at this supermarket. We could get the required groceries but found that the choice was limited and the prices were high. Sometimes items such as bread were not fresh or almost out of stock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good little supermarket which houses all the essentials. An alright selection of cheeses. Great variety of wine and craft beer. Unfortunately let down by an overzealous team member in regards to ID25. I'm 32 and haven't been asked for ID in years but was refused service as I was unable to produce a passport for purchase (had Aus licence). I am far from underage and found this to be rather frustrating. A little more training surrounding ID25 could be beneficial. =]

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. If they are going to take the pack and save approach then should have the save aspect not just the pack it your self. Why they don't just put it in a bag after scanning confused me, just laziness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Left there feeling like I'd been robbed at the checkout. Unfortunately when I checked the receipt later, it seems I was. The prices at the checkout don't seem to match the prices on the shelves, so be warned.
