β β β β β What a brillant night, Jill was awesome took really good care of us during the star gazing. Recommend this be done in Twizel. Our night was clear or dark as needed but Jill made it memorable. Well done Jill.

β β β β β Jill is the best! I had an issue with my bike, she got it sorted. I lost a piece of gear, she helped me with ideas about getting it back but also made arrangements for it to get shuttled along with my backpack from where it was at Lake Ohau Lodge to Tekapo where I was returning the bike and getting my bag! Extremely awesome! Give her all of your business!

β β β β β Weather got in the way of our stargazing tour, but Jill was so helpful and accommodating throughout. Quick replies to emails, and stayed flexible when the weather didn't play ball. I have no doubt the tour would have been awesome - next time!

β β β β β Jill is helpful and informative. She patiently explained to us the cycling route and help us choose the right bicycle to ensure we have a great ride. The bicycles provided are also in good condition. Highly recommended to all cyclist who want to do the A2O trail.

We chose Lakeland Explorers especially because they provided a packed lunch option, and were impressed when Jill offered to pack us something extra for our toddler! Wish there was an E-bike for someone small like me - maybe next time. We had a beautiful day. Thank you
