★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid. Overpriced and totally devoid of customer service. Tried to exchange the wrong size nappies, just purchased and unopened but were expected to pay again. I hope they get stuck in a situation like that with small children. They wanted over 24 dollars to rectify that mistake (small pack). Won't touch a four square ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good deals on hot food after 6pm with a decent assortment of stuff however Jacked up prices on cigarettes, costing 30% more then anywhere else in town was told I couldn't see the list and then to go down the road minutes later to find out they were way cheaper got to admit that was a big shock and not happy about it, i would recommend going elsewhere for these types of luxuries

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything available at good prices being located at such a busy street. You can get all daily stuff like vegetables, fruits, chocolates, beers, drinks, dairy products, spices, herbs, etc
Easily found on Google maps and has many payment counters. Always busy as its the most famous store in the main lake street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute lifesaver having this here as there doesn't appear to be any other supermarkets in Queenstown. Mind you, you can definitely tell from the fact the prices of everything are a lot steeper than usual.
The choice of stuff here is actually very good and was able to find whatever I needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very small store. They have most everything you will need. Located on the only busy road. They even have a small selection of cooked items like fried chicken and meat pies. Female staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. One male stocking meat section was visibly annoyed when asked question about thicker steaks. It is the only grocery store in the area.

Customer service is not bad. I find them approachable and helpful.
