When I took it back I was told "I have a photographic memory so I don't make mistakes" .
When I collected for the second time I pointed out a very obvious approx. 4cm smudge inside the glass to which I was told "I only changed the frame, nothing else". (Some reasoning!) And that he could re-do it but it would probably damage the print more. Terrible experience, waste of $170, won't be going back.
