The staff member concerned was arrogant, unprofessional ,did not have Identification and did not appear to have any understanding of my rights under the relevant legislation.

They don't have simple knowledge how to speak with customers and have very, very low standards of work. If you really wish someone to ruin your day you can choose Franklin Trees.

β β β β β Have tried using this company for managing dangerous trees overhanging high voltage lines. They are very poor communicators and do not return calls or provide the follow up as they promise. Asked if i should just take business elsewhere after approx 2 months of non-follow up or communication.... Yes was the answer... They quite simply just do not care. Stay away from this company, far better providers on the market. Rude and unprofessional.
