I'd been thinking our eucalyptus tree needed some serious trimming and had booked Mike to do that when one of Auckland's massive storms came through and split the tree in half. We now had a massive tree down causing quite a lot of damage. Mike came out over that stormy weekend to make sure the tree was safe and arranged for his team to come out urgently for me. The guys cut the bigger branches into fireside pieces for me and turned the rest into bark. Amazing customer service and a speedy response when trees were down all over Auckland. Huge thanks - absolute life savers.

The 4 colleagues who turned up to do the job were brilliant. They worked so well as a team, each doing their own job but each being respectful of each other.
