β β β β β In relation to my previous review, please do not fall for their misleading and manipulative guidance. My scooter was bought in 4 times and ALL of these were under warranty repairs. They are now saying that these were βnot proper faultsβ and donβt count as repairs (even though work was carried out each time).
I have an email from the owner stating the βthere were no actual faults and the 3 repairs were carried out as good willββ¦ however their reply to my previous review says I had no repairsβ¦ what? (lying to your customers isnβt a wise decision)
Sadly I have to lodge this matter with the Disputes Tribunal and I hope no one else falls for their misleading information.

β β β β β Jen and the crew were so friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions and had unbiased (I guess relative to the brands they promote!) opinions of other scooters. Went and had a pint next door while they assembled my scooter! Said scooter (the Zero 10 X) is awesome by the way! Any excuse to use it!

β β β β β I bought a Zero 10 from Freed Pev on 12th June, 2020. They were good at supporting it while it was under warranty but now its not, and I have been told "our spare parts are for warranty repairs" and "we might get some more in 2 months". I will buy the part elsewhere or even import it if I have to... but I would rather have bought a product which was better supported over the longer term by the supplier.

β β β β β James and the team at Freed have been great, providing amazing customer service and after-sales support since I bought my Zero 10X in August 2020.
I've taken my scooter in for servicing and repair twice since I bought it and both times it came back to me running smooth as silk, giving me peace of mind knowing my scooter is safe to ride again.
Currently the only store in NZ that stocks the Zero range of electric scooters.

β β β β β Amazing expernce with the whole team at Freed Electric Scooters, I have used them on more than one occasion replacing my old scooters tires and I have been eyeing up a zero scooter for some time now and got a Zero 10. A keen eye for safety for clients also a nice touch, See you next time.

β β β β β Such understanding and patient staff. I'm on a benefit and they tried their best to sell a scooter to me through work and income. This wasn't possible because of the benefit restrictions. They then gave me weeks to save up for a scooter which they held under my name. On top of this the scooters price was MASSIVELY reduced due to it being second hand even though they put a brand new battery in and they did everything they could to help me. I was even encouraged to try and negotiate for a lower price, these people are all about their customers. Because of them I now have transport that lets me get to and from work, I can now have a job even if it runs after the last bus to my hometown.
They did not have to sell to someone with insufficient funds and a very complicated payment process but they did.
Amazing to deal with.
