★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into the shop on Saturday afternoon looking for a bike cover for Honda Shadow 150. KD served me and explained my options. I went with a Oxford Rainx cover which was at a good price. However, once I got home I tried it on the bike and unfortunately it was too small. I was gutted. Living in Hobsonville, Botany is a long drive….
I emailed the address on the invoice and explained my drama. I got an instant reply (which was after hours…) with a possible solution. Great I thought. They were going to order a replacement for me when they opened on Monday. Turned out the solution was almost twice the price from the one I bought. Another option was to swap my small cover for one that was in stock but was a large size.
I agreed and wouldn’t you know it, later on that evening one of the shop staff dropped it off to my door and I returned my original small cover.
Long story short, well done to Botany Honda for stumping up with a replacement with door to door service the very same day we agreed on the outcome.
Thank you so much for fantastic customer service with a great result.
Next time I am out that way again, I’ll be sure to pop in for some accessories.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ripoff! Tried to charge 240 just to look at something on my bike for an hour. Then said it could cost anywhere from 1500-3000 for a small moped that cost me 1000.
They also talk down to you like you owe them something.
Seems like the "diverse" customers reviews here are the unhappy ones. What does that say about their service?

I went to this place to tune up my bike as I wanted to change the original Exhaust to a different one. I have been advised that the new exhaust’s got leakage so I bought new Akrapovic Exhaust from Honda Botany for $1300 including installation and the sound of it is as normal as original one.
I checked the exhaust that said it’s got leakage with a Exhaust specialist and they said nothing wrong with it so now I ended up spending $1300 for nothing.
Do they really know how to tune up or put power command to a bike ? I doubt it.

I asked for it back, it was holding air in front of their face and Its been holding air for the last 24 hrs fine. Work on your lying skills, or im pretty sure people over 80 yrs get free eye tests at spec savers so you guys should be sweet as.
