★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sell. Alot of furniture sold instore and interior wise they did a great job on setting the mood and theme. Prices can be a bit expensive compared to competitors but the quality and warranty supplied with the purchase is quite remarkable.
They support interest free payments from 12 to 24 months but honestly it can change on your visit so don't take it as a guaranteed thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was one of those annoying customers....ordered sofa, then phoned back to change mind of colour, then another day went into the store and changed my mind completely for a different sofa. I was served by the ever so patient Shabbir. What a gentleman. Super helpful, professional, made me feel completely at ease with changing my mind several times, nothing was too much trouble for him. I can't tell you how much that meant - purchasing a sofa was a big financial deal for me and i felt bad for changing my mind along the way like that - there are many customer service/sales staff our there who would not have been as helpful and patient as Shabbir - I hope that his boss recognises great staff when they see it and ensure Shabbir is acknowledged accordingly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed in the service I am experiencing from Freedom Wairau Park. It doesn't exist !!!! I ordered a Salsie 2 & 3 Seater in November 2021. I am constantly receiving emails to say there is a delay ..... latest to say July 2022. They don't answer the phone either or follow up like they say they will. I have phoned 3 times today .... no answer. Not happy at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Furniture is good and the saleslady seemed fine. Then we are looking for right model and colour for about 6k worth, this guy Shabbir seemed following us and constantly interrupting us what we want and all, pretty annoying, he is very pushy, spoiled the entire experience, would have ordered but drew back as hes getting on nerves.

Plenty on offer, prices and quality products
Certainly worth a visit if you are redecorating or looking for new furniture, or simply getting lovely fragrance candles. There are outstanding home fragrance selections deserve to be checked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have dealt with Freedom Wairau Park a couple of times about ordering an item. They don’t have a straight answer or different staff will give you different information. Or they tell you that they will find out and ring you back. And never do. If you ask about this they sidetrack and talk about something else.
Even worse, they ask for a full payment of an item even if delivery is 8 weeks down the track and will not accept a deposit. Good luck!
Not customer friendly, nor business like. Don’t buy there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am absolutely livid that all items (Chaise, arm chair, bed) have each been delayed. I am having to wait until end of April 2022 to get a bed I ordered in July 2021. The lead times were completely off and no compensation was offered. If I had known stocks were non existent then I would have purchased everything elsewhere. I purchased an arm chair from Nood and it came within days, another chair from Design Store and it came within one month. I've been purchasing my furniture from different stores and Freedom is the ONLY store that has been completely unreasonable with their delivery/lead times, and only store who has massively underestimated their lead times.
