★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fortnight ago I rang countless freight companies to get 2 outdoor chairs from Auckland to Nelson. Either no one could do it or they wanted to charge a ridiculous amount for their service.
I then contacted Freight Plus. The chairs were collected last Friday and delivered this morning so it took only 5 working days.
All staff I have had contact with have been polite, knowledgeable and they had excellent follow through. Contact was even made with me over a long weekend.
I wanted to thank your company and staff for arranging what was a small job so efficiently and at a reasonable cost.
