I sent emails but had no response, I called and was told I'd be emailed that day, but heard nothing. Communication was not great and I'm still waiting for my order.

She was really nice when we purchased the chairs. She told us they would be arriving in 3-6 weeks. We have been waiting for over 2 months now. Our current chairs are falling apart and she laughs every time I call for a shipping update.
Stop making people feel pathetic.
