Unfortunately I managed to break one of the drawer handles when the drawer fell over whole I had it out being cleaned
Upon asking , Keith happily ordered another one from France and it arrived by courier this week-free of charge. Fantastic customer service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If your furniture arrives in one piece you most likely won't have a problem. BUT if it arrives to you smashed up, Keith from frenchtounch will cause you nothing but grief! His communication is non existent. He doesn't explain things from the beginning and doesn't follow through with what he says he will do. Or he will try to repair your goods and send them back to you so your effectively paying for damaged goods. In the mean time acting like butter wouldn't melt in his mouth! Beware of trading with Frenchtounch, don't always judge a book by its pretty cover because it may turn out to be a horror story.
