★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm writing this for a friend. She had been taking her grandson to fresh prince for the last two years. He is now 4. He has had great haircuts up until two weeks ago. Granted he was a moving around more than normal and made it very difficult to cut his hair. Quarter way through the haircut the owner pulled the apron off the 4 year old and aggressively said to my friend without making eye contact. No charge, I can't do this. My friend put $20 cash on the counter. The owner then said don't come back, it's bad for business. My friend left in shock. What terrible customer service. Word if mouth is a very powerful thing in a small town. This is not the first time this has happened I believe. Fresh Prince, if you can't handle children's haircuts, don't book them in.
