★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really want to love this place (especially because its one of very few mostly vegan cafes in the area). It's got many things it needs to succeed, the location, the vibe, good looking dishes and lack of competition. However, after my sixth disappointing visit there, I felt I had to speak up. We ordered two different desserts, both were nauseatingly sweet. There were no other flavours other than the overpowering sweetness. We also had a vegan sausage roll which was bland and piping hot on the outside and cold on the inside (the cons of microwaving food). On all six occasions I have never had the opportunity to give feedback on the food because the staff have never asked if we were happy with the food, it seems that once you've paid then they are no longer interested. However, today I decided I need to give them the feedback, so I took my unfinished dishes back to them and in a friendly manner explained that it was simply too sweet to eat. It was met with a blank stare and an "oh okay". Not a "sorry" or anything remotely indicating any care what so ever. Needless to say, I have given them enough chances, I will not be returning and would definitely NOT recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got few things from them. It looks like a good quality food but it didn't taste that good. They should work on getting their recipes checked to make sure it's not just healthy but taste good as well. The second biggest drawback back was staff. I had a feeling they weren't interested in moving any faster than a snail. I know that it's holiday time but this shouldn't make any difference when you have customers waiting to be served.
