★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team at frontrunner in New Plymouth are simply the best in town, they helped me with the most amazing shoes to work and help with an very badly Buggered ankle.
I can not thank them enough, they even did the laces in a,way that took the pressure of the top of my foot, it's the little things, but it made a big difference in my life, this is the only place my family's and myself will be buying shoe from.

On my recent shopping trip with my teenage son, Tups was so helpful and engaging and offered very sensible advice to my son. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm giving a zero star review (had to give them one for some reason) as I went here just before Xmas to buy my son a football jersey for Xmas. Sadly, the one I purchased turned out to be totally counterfeit, and upon closer inspection, all the football tops in there were counterfeit. I have contacted the relevant authorities to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. No brand on it and only 2 stripes!!
Who knows if the shoes are fake too. Turns out they had had numerous other complaints about the jerseys. Don't waste your time in this knock off store posing as real products. Go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my first pair of running shoes last year. Frontrunner New Plymouth really stepped it up, so helpful from the get go, a wealth of knowledge to help me (52 yrs old) with cranky/arthritic feet.
So, when I needed new shoes this year, I thought i'd shop around, just to see... well, I won't say anything more about that except I left that shop and ran back to Frontrunner. Again I was totally blown away with the personal service, guidence and care, and after sale support as well.
Happy feet, going the distance. Thanks Frontrunner New Plymouth. I'll be back.
