About Alpha Sports NZ Taranaki
WHO WE ARE
Alpha Sports is owned by locals Michael Fredrickson and Dean Forman.
The idea of having a “fun space” while providing quality equipment and specialist advice was a big motivator and a foundation for Alpha Sports NZ. Mike and Dean are very connected within the sports community, both of whom are qualified coaches in their chosen Sports.
Mike played representative cricket for many years and holds his Level 2 Cricket Coaching qualification. His son plays for Cambridge Junior Cricket and his daughter has played for Taranaki Cricket and now for Waikato Valley and Northern Districts. Mike also has many years as a representative hockey player and coach.
Dean is a passionate lacrosse man who represented New Zealand. Dean has many years of coaching and playing experience under his belt both in Lacrosse and cricket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn’t recommend them buying a cricket bat , just hour play of bat got damage. And they repaired bad way using competitors products, and then I have to emails to kookaburra to get it fix again but still not happy, when I ask them to solve my problem they treat me rude way , I wast of my money and time there I wouldn’t recommend them
