★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys took a week to change a tps, charged me $810 and didn't even calibrate it, They also put on a a bseries tps on a k series motor and charged me for the adapter. which isn't necceary if they had got ordered the right tps for the car. not to mention they charged me $300 for a blox tps that costs $100 at most... Dropped my car off on the 21st july, and got the call to pick it up on the 27st of that month. I did mention to them that i will supply the parts for them, but the lady there assured me that they get genuine parts for fairly cheap, so i left it to them to supply and fit.
When i got the car back, I found a lot of animal hair on the seats and carpet. also over 60kms were driven unsure what for. I also saw a dent on the driver side door. I did mention to them about all these concerns but they have not came up with a proper solution to these. They are claiming animal hair transferred from mechanics clothing and they are unsure about the dent. Considering the car went through a whole car paintless dent removal through paint devils a week prior to me dropping my car off to them (cars always been garaged). They have told me a week ago that they will refund me $150 (Dent removal cost) and they have completely ghosted me and not transferred a dime.
Their response: "you were under charged for the adapter" not needed if they had bought a k series tps to fit on the loom - Jtune. "we discounted 10% inital scan and didn't charge for scan once work complete" (why would you charge the customer for diagnostic scanning twice, you service was to fix the tps problem that your scanner showed initially).. "we are happy to offer a valet grooming" (it still doesn't fix the fact that i was heavily over charged for the service, wrong parts fitted and not calibrated and with dents on the cars that will cost me more money to fix)
I hope no one has to deal with these issues with this company ever again. I should've done my due diligence of part costs before i had paid for invoice but i had given my trust to this company to have give me a fair pricing and service since they already had 5 star reviews before hand.
