Absolutely ridiculous company, very very bad service. Can't trust them at all, and they never inform people if there's a disruption, especially going to Waiheke from Devonport. Not sticking to the scheduled times and don't even apologize or offer a proper reason. They've ruined my day so so many times in the course of one year, just wished there was another company to offer ferry services around Auckland

I use this ferry service very often to and from Gulf Harbour. They always put air conditioner on way too cold temperature. I complained a few times, nothing has changed. During my commute today it was 14 degrees as per their display. It’s not good at all. So I’m writing here hoping this issue will be resolved. Having 13-19 degrees inside is unbearable and uncomfortable. Please put it on 22-23 degrees - the most comfortable Temperature of the air conditioner as per the international standards!!!!!!!!! Customer service is bad too by the way....

Shambolic. They notify us that they've changed the Tiri Tiri Martangi ferry service times an hour before it's due to depart. Apparently due to the America's Cup racing, which has been postponed anyway, meaning that the ferry could just leave at the normal time anyway.

Here we go again another breaking news ferry broke down and they said cannot find other ferries while I can see some ferries sitting down there. So it's cancelled from Auckland to Devonport. 6: 15 is cancelled and the next is 7:15 they told us to wait 1 hour. You guys have really improved the service

Terrible service. Making hand over fist profits but such a poor service over the busiest period. Kiwis encouraged to explore NZ but Fullers not able to keep up with demand. We arrived 20 mins early for our ferry but when it was full we were all informed that the β€˜back up boat’ would be 5-10 mins. What a load of lies. We left 40 mins later. Total rubbish

Another bank holiday and once again Fullers caught out by the number of day trippers to Waiheke. Scheduled ferry from Devonport cancelled because of number of travellers leaving from the city leaving Devonport passengers stranded. Well done Fullers.

Terrible service. We were stuck on Waiheke on Sunday, trying to catch a 4pm ferry. The line was so huge, it looped around the carpark. Some people were jumping the line, which we didn't want to do as it seemed rude. People had to wait for almost 2 hours to catch the 5pm ferry (as they started lining up just after 3 for the 4 pm one), and we got not on the first one, but the extra one they sent (I guess at least thanks for that). I saw a lot of people with kids, some were very young babies, all had to wait in the heat under the sun. They really need to adjust the booking system, so that people can tentatively indicate the time of travel, and the company knows how many ferries they need to send. This whole experience was quite a humiliation, I expected more from a New Zealand company.

Fullers employees tried so hard to inforce mask wearing. There were some people that seemed less then impressed with the regulations. The fullers employees were more then comfortable L reminding customers of the mask regulations. I was extremely Impressed with how the fullers employees peacefully enforced regulations.
