β β β β β We use Fullers on a very regular basis and just wish they would protect us and Waiheke residents better by enforcing masks onboard.

β β β β β Kindly staffs! I lost my wallet on ferry and I knew while I was hiking, I was worried about it but they found it and kept it while that time, and gave to me! Thank you so much for finding my wallet!

β β β β β The staff are very nice but the service is diabolical. Ferries often cancelled last minute, always late into downtown. They have been operating in Auckland for years so βunexpectedβ weather is not a good enough excuse.

β β β β β 3.3.21. Needed to take ferry back after injuring myself. Next was 1245 bt an early ferry that usually just Drop Off's and no returning passengers arrived. I asked the crew if I could get a lift back because of my injury and tho it was unusual they agreed. Good service. Thanks to the Cpt and crew .. above and beyond ? will Definitely use again..but try not to injure myself ?

β β β β β Fullers' service is poor at best.
You'd think the schedules change daily the amount of times the ferry is delayed because they cannot find a parking spot at the down town terminal.
The staff are rather rude and do not appear to enforce mask use.
If there was any other way to get to the city I'd take it βΉ
To make their service even better, they have canceled the morning service leaving everyone standing at the terminal. Well done!

β β β β β I took the ferry to Rangitoto. I had some travel difficulties and missed my booked crossing, and the staff were very helpful and re-booked me on the next crossing. The ferries were punctual both ways and the crew were helpful and informative. And Rangitoto is fabulous!

β β β β β We have taken Fullerβs Ferries on multiple occasions to see sights around the Auckland area and have never been disappointed.
They are well organized, and always on time.
In the busy tourist times, or on weekends, it is always best to buy your tickets 30 to 45 minutes in advance of your ferry time, and get in line. If you wait too long, the lines can get long and you may have to wait 30 minutes or an hour to get the next ferry if the ferry fills up.
Their prices are fairly reasonable. Check their website for different fees and ferry times.
We always ride on top when the weather is nice to enjoy the views!
There is plenty of inside or covered seating, if itβs cold or rainy, or if you just donβt want to be outside in the wind.
They have a small bar in board for beer, wine, and snacks, and plenty of restrooms.
Masks are mandatory right now, also, so be prepared!
