★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place has been exposed to methamphetamine, it was common knowledge around the lodge who sold it and practiced it and now their new cleaner is on it. Not a safe environment and unhygienic communal living areas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager, not the owner. But, the manager had punched up a couple of the tenants. He use to drink with the tenants. The police were called. The owner has thus far still allowed the manager to stay on.
The new cleaner isn't as good as the last cleaner they had when the previous manager was there.
There is a new manager, unlike the other managers, he expects to have his carparks to be the closest to the Lodge.
