★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very overcrowded mainly tenanted by deportees and people who have just been released from prison also there is 4 showers and four toilets for well over 70 people it is a scary place if you're not a crimminal

Just saw your advert....I am not sure if you remember me. I stayed at your lodge last year around November for only two months and need to go back to Australia to be with my brother bcause he was very sick. I remember you bcause of your kindness toward me and refunded all my bond in time for my airticket. I said that I will come back to stay at your lodge again when i come back to new zealand and also bcause you keep the place very clean. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse than a boarding kennel. Big foreign trust having the poor and destitute as well as the the mentally unwell who have been pushed out of mental health institutions along with the homeless prison population paying for there many properties that are not up to scratch. Rooms have been added on without resource consent and some houses don't have necessary furnishings or washing machines.
