★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 27/4 Ordered 4 items, 2 were pre-orders for Christmas; was dumbfounded to learn they plan to send everything at once. Bad customer experience.
Have asked them to try and fix this so will update if they do the right thing.
28/4 Update: This got sorted pretty quickly after a few emails back and forth.
A bit painful that they don't separate pre-order from in stock items and that they didn't answer one of my phone calls to their 0800 number but overall satisfied.

My order was packed and with the courier in less than 3 hours and I was delivered the morning of the very next day. I know it said delivery would take 1-2 days but I definitely didn't expect it to be that fast! Super awesome service
