Good location for passing trade. 24 hour fuel is a bonus.
Went in the first time today. Was hoping to use it as my local store when I run of of groceries and don't have time to go into town. I was hoping the shop would have more stock. Tubs of ice cream maybe!
As others have commented, prices are too high even for the convenience of an out of town store. 2 litres of milk for $5? Not for me.

β β β β β Great little oasis about 6 km South of Kawakawa (3/4 hour above Whangarei) in nice rural setting. Plenty of off road parking available. Easy access and getting back into traffic flow.
Basic range of fuel supplies available 24/7. Fuel prices typically about average (use pricespy to get a heads-up). Well lit up at night for fuel self-service.
Rather extensive range of products as 'a micro general store' that services it's local community and it's many commuter visitors. Small and bit 'crowded' retail space.
Ask for the key to toilets.

β β β β β Amazing service. The owner is such a nice guy. We popped our tyre, 7:00 at night in the rain with a 12 week old baby in the back. No taxi drivers were working and he drove us to the nearest town to help us out. Best Gas Station owner ever. Thank you so much.
