★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have called by telephone. I have been to their premises in person -twice! WHAT DOES IT TAKE to get them to do a site visit?! Customers do not come first with this outfit. Majorly ticked with them and their no-show approach. Have gone elsewhere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Told they couldnt come for months to service my califont, even though it was purchased and installed through them. I told them it was urgent as I had no hot water and flames going up the side of my house! They didnt care and said try someone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for a quote to replace or repair my gas appliances at my house. Was not pre-warned they charge for a call out. No work or repair took place, but they still invoiced me a minimum service fee to quote on new gas appliances, despite their website saying they offer free quotes!!!! Beware!!!
