The couple of unexpected extras were just so wonderful. A special callout as well to those at Gateway who I did not meet but prepared the van. Well done All.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased my Swift Charisma around Oct-Nov 2021. Took in on a short holiday over Xmas but it developed a little leak from the kitchen tap. Still, I enjoyed my little home for such a short time. Craig took it back to fix, but in early January, I had to make a sudden trip overseas and would be away 2-3 mths. Craig said to leave it with them at Gateway and he would put it in storage for however time I needed. I cannot express enough, the wonderful service I always received from Rochelle and for Craig and his team for helping me out. The best service I have ever received from any business.
I was able to collect it today and am so very happy.
I would not hesitate in recommending Gateways Caravans to anyone who is looking to purchase a caravan. - Thank you Craig, Rochelle and all the team ?
