★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I knew Han almost two years, he is the only hair stylist I ever used since he has done my first hair cut. He designs your hair style and gives you suggestions, as well as respects your own opinion in order to make a perfect result. Great experience, especially in the new hair studio, he even designed and DIY most of the furniture and features for the studio, so you can see he is a real designer!

Han is lovely, but has been late both times. This wasn’t an issue for me, as I had free time, but it made the rest of the haircut feel rushed, especially when a second customer walked in. There was also no hair wash or styling, even though I booked this and asked in advance. Be aware of this, as this happened at my last experience too. Maybe the website needs to be updated…
Unfortunately, I asked for face framing and got left with incredibly lopsided, short curtain bangs (!!!), which I had to go elsewhere to get fixed/blended in to my hair. There was no cross checking length or anything, and they are at least an inch different in length. Very upset, as I asked for no shorter than my jaw, and they’re up to my cheekbones… I have curly hair too, which makes them appear even shorter.
The salon might be good if you have coarse hair or if you’re after chemical treatment, but for fine, curly, European hair, I’d go elsewhere. Very disappointing.
Update: the salon did offer to fix my hair, which was appreciated (thank you). Unfortunately, I have lost some trust in the salon, and there is not much you can do for hair that has been cut too short other than let it grow!

Cut his hair exactly as he asked. My son was so impressed (even if he didn't show it ha). Thanks so much and he says he'll be back for sure.
