★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Historically they’d been absolutely awesome. The other day I called to make a booking for some work and the lady on the phone was very rude and didn’t understand the request I was trying to make. There work is always good and if you get the right service rep you are sorted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would recommend avoiding. Their service department couldn’t organise a piss-up in a brewery. No one answers the phone and when they do nobody knows what’s going on. The service manager is very friendly but doesn’t seem to actually “manage” very well. The other service advisors I feel are either over worked or just out of their depth and have been given the wrong advice on several occasion and have found some rude and unwelcoming. Best thing about getting rid of my VW was never having to deal with Gazley again.

I organized a service for my GTI Golf and enquired about an issue I had with the key opening and closing. I said it could be a simple fix of a battery change but I would like the service team to look into the matter as i had only bought the car 2 weeks prior.
The answer i got was I need a key replacement and i would have to wait a period of 6-8 weeks for it to arrive and it would cost anywhere between $750-$950 as they had replaced the battery but the issue remained and there was no way of reprograming the key and I would need a replacement key after paying a substantial amount for a normal service which i thought was on the higher end of pricing, but I chose Gazely so I wore the price without any concerns.
Mister Mint charged me $20 and the remote works perfectly!!!!!
Never again am i doing business with Gazley and will continue to tell all about my experience.

Treated really well by the reception team. Car was serviced and thoroughly cleaned on collection too. Nice to get some Fantastic service and would definitely recommend to others.

Was told I needed a new battery $715 plus gst when they tested it (48% efficiency) only to get a second opinion at Battery Cell (98%). Also my brake pads had increased from 3mm to 4mm over the past 6 months. Will think twice once the car warranty expires. Still waiting for a follow up call on the calibration of their equipment. Pleasant way to spend $78... not!
