β β β β β Awesome Ice Cream, definitely a place to take the family. Next door is a cat petting zoo with lots of friendly cats, we didn't try it, but a lot people did. Interesting combination and is worth a visit while in Rotorua.

β β β β β Giving two stars because staff is nice but the ice cream was too sweet and watery. Nothing like some of the photos and comments from previous reviews. Wish I got my money and calories refunded.

β β β β β Having tasted real Gelato before (in Europe) the quality of this gelato was disappointing. The taste was very artifical, average, and the texture was completely off.

β β β β β This is definitely the best ice cream I have ever tried. Gelato(Real Italian ice cream) is totally different from what I have eaten at ordinary ice cream shops. It's super super smooth and creamy. And I can really feel fresh in my mouth.
When I went there,they are still making more flavors and will end up with a total of 72 flavors. I will definitely come again and again to taste all the flavors! By the way,the staff there are very friendly and considerate. Highly recommended!!!

β β β β β It was great being able to try the different flavours before buying the ice-cream. They have some really usual ones there, as well as the more traditional ones.
I like it that they also sell cat products for the cat cafe next door.
