Prices are a bit extreme, but it's a nice treat for the kids and adults on a sunny day ?

β β β β β Whist on holiday in Rotorua, we went to lady Jane for desert. As we left the shop, some young guys (evidently a little tipsy) weβre passing by and started blowing on our ice cream. The staff at lady Jane saw that and acted so quickly. They made sure we were ok and replaced our icecream at no charge. Who says young generation have no customer service? These girls were brilliant! . Go lady Jane!!

β β β β β Awesome service, great ice-cream, only getting 4 star as we were the first of a few people to walk in and the only ones that were asked for vaxx passes... kinda need to ask everyone or no one. But otherwise a place to go for a treat

β β β β β Stopped here for milkshakes after searching for the best ones on Google.
Butterscotch milkshake was bland, chocolate milkshake was a tad better but you could taste the syrup which was not nice and both milk shakes was literally milk, very disappointed and was a waste of money as they got biffed, unfortunately the worst we've ever had. The thick shakes however were nice, thick consistency, nothing great though.
Smoothies are very nice and we all said we should've all went for this option or the ice cream.

β β β β β Awesome experience tonight. The lovely girl Hayley on the door was so friendly and professional and jumping in to serve when she could to help out the other girl. Keeley who served us was absolutely fantastic, serving on her own when the store was at capacity while upholding the most professionalism, extremely friendly and speedy. The store was beautiful and clean and the ice cream was yummy as always! Awesome work to these two great ladies your boss should be proud of how well you work.

β β β β β Very cool little spot next to the strip of restaurants on Eat Street in Rotorua. There are a lot of ice cream options including standard flavors and also some Kapati special flavors that are a little pricier. The staff were very friendly and answered all our questions. It was busy but the girls working were quick to take and prepare our orders.
I ordered the Kapati berry ice cream and it was served with fresh cream on top and the berry sauce in a waffle cone - delicious. Husband ordered a ice cream sundae with a brownie. Again, it was with the fresh cream which was amazing! There was also a fridge with drinks. No complaints about the staff, service, or ice cream!
Additional notes... did not see a bathroom on site. We went at night and there were little flies EVERYWHERE around the lights which were placed over the outdoor seating. This meant we couldn't sit on the chairs/tables as there were little flies all over them. Not at the fault of the parlour or staff.
