β β β β β Not a great experience. Ended up with a leaky gas cylinder as not connected properly, so totally ran out of gas. Ordered replacements on Monday for Tuesday delivery, but we got forgotten and no deliveries available for a week. They then wanted to charge $230 for urgent cylinder replacement! Changed to Elgas the very same day, and cylinder replacement 2 days later. Look after your customers Genesis! You could learn some customer service hints from Elgas, they are so helpful.

β β β β β Genesis cancelled my account without even contacting me about the so called problem of me being on a grandfathered deal where I had only a single cylinder. I would have been happy to move to a current contract but was not given the choice. They suggested I look for another supplier in a rather rude email. A few chats and phone calls later, they offered to put me on a new contract. But gas would not arrive for 2 days.
Since I was nearly out of gas (which is why I contacted them in the first place) this was annoying. Signed up with new supplier, new bottles arrived the next day. If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. Very annoying to deal with.

Checked the offer, more expensive what we have and 23% more expensive than competition, and took them only 4 years to find out we have an EV ?
We will leave Genesis on the end of our contract
