β β β β β I have never been to a Mongolian bbq before and it was good. The staff were lovely and the food was good and great value for your money. All you can eat.
However the toilet was disgusting. The hot water trickled out and the hand wash had not been used as i had to open it probably because people didn't want to use the toilet after seeing it. I like to think the staff don't use the same toilet!
Would i come again? Yes i would and i do recommend coming here for food but don't use the toliet.

Great selection of fresh food, very entertaining watching it cooked on a large Mongolian BBQ.
All you can eat buffet with dessert for $25.
Family friendly good for kids.

β β β β β This place is great for a cheap dinner that's all you can eat! $25 for an adult is really good. Make your own meal and other food options you can just grab while you wait till yours is being cooked! Lovely staff! Very friendly place and there is even dessert with pan cakes they make!! Really enjoyed and recommend this restaurant!!!

β β β β β The selection of hot foods wasn't very big but they also had a few salad options. There was a fair selection of items for the BBQ. Lots of different meats, seafood and veges. It was a bit disappointing that when they ran out they didn't top it up, although it was already fairly late when we started (around 8pm).
Otherwise it didn't take long to get our food cooked by the chef. Tables were cleared when we got back from the next round. The pancake was quite nice and they were able to make Micky mouse pancakes. Nice way to get really full.

β β β β β I went to this restaurant for not only Mothers Day but it was my birthday too.8th May
Food good, but service POOR, because they tried to not give me my food for 'Free' with my ID showing my birth date!!! Eventually Ghengis did give it for Free, cuz I told them they can't change the rules when it suits them.
We booked for 7 x Adults & 4 kids n 2 toddlers, but they squashed us in the corner with 10 seats instead of 13, it was so packed they were more about the MONEY THAN SERVICE N People n Safety.
I'm sure the Restaurant was over crowded at least, I counted 50 ppl in the outer attached part, then in main part another 50+ mre ppl. There wasn't enough room to move around freely.
Disappointing visit for $33.90 per adult as waiting for your food took like 15-20 mins!
HELPFUL HINTS
~need to add whisked eggs for vegetarians to scramble when cooked. Maybe also wat sauces/oil go well together with wat meats wud help too. Stick on the wall or menu cards for ideas.
~hot food was, dry as nuggets, no taste fried rice, chips too salty, potatoes too oily, spring rolls over cooked...
~need crusted fried chicken drumsticks or wings, need bamboo shoots, bok choi for Veges,
~GROSS CORN from can, leave veges by themselves rather than in water as they become soggy
~Move reception area to the door way entrance
~Need some high chairs for littlees
~Clean cooking area floors or recover lino.
~Not recommended on busy days!
~Don't over-crowd
~Improve service n manners
=Reasonable food with dessert.
=Over priced too.
>>> GENGIS need to improve their management of busy days for Health n Safety for their Customers ASAP!!!
