Through contacting Geoffrey T Snowman Funeral Directors they have helped me found my paternal grandparents in the local cemetery. Faye has been a huge help and has even contacted living relatives giving them my details. Without their help I would still not know where this side of my family was/is. I will always be very grateful.

They made it so easy for us as a Family to focus on farewelling our parents with a happy celebration of their long lives, and gave us the peace knowing they were managing the rest
We found that very comforting to know both Mum and Dad were safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family used the services of Geoffrey T Sowman Funeral Directors in July 2020. From the very first meeting the kindness and empathy shown to us by all staff was incredible. The process of arranging the service and wake was seamless. Once the funeral was over, their care for the family didn't stop there. There was personal follow up to see how the family were coping and a plant of remembrance . The Christmas memorial service for all families with a decoration to keep in memory of their loved one they lost that year. These were unexpected things and it shows that they truly care about the loved ones and the families left behind.
Coming up to the 1st anniversary I needed to contact them again and their service was amazing. Even recalling the "inside joke" we had with them in memory of Dad.
We highly recommend their services to anyone. During the time that is one of the toughest you face, they guide and support you every step of the way. Your loved one will be taken care of and respected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My baby boy passed away in December 2021 and having to walk through the doors of that funeral home was really not something my partner or myself thought we would ever have to do.
Faye and Barry made this process so smooth and took all the worry away from us. Jackson was cremated and they mentioned putting him in a teddy bear instead of a urn to give us some comfort when needed, they organized the teddy bear and Faye took him home for the night to personally place him the back ❤️
I appreciate everything they done to make this horrible time that much more easier on us.
